Simone Endress is a multimedia journalist specializing in climate reporting. A recent graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, she studied the effects of extractive systems on communities in Latin America. She is half-Chilean, and as such, seeks to fill gaps in the U.S. coverage of the Chilean situation by bringing the local to a global audience.
When she's not reporting on climate, Simone's other beat is criminal justice reporting. She produced the independent podcast "American Dreams" on this topic.
